MARKETING OPERATION
• Collaborate with marketing manager and sales team to strategize, plan, and implement marketing campaigns and oversee all marketing execution.
• Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, competitor analyses, new product information.
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Internal and externals event coordination.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be relevant.
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with social media influencers.
• Collect the insights that might be useful for product development and sales performance.

CONTENT CREATION
• Collaborate with designers, sales team, external influencers, and marketing agencies to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both B2B and B2C audience.
• Create product content (e.g. sales enablement collaterals, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to shout out the benefits of our products to the targeted audience.
• Collaborate with sales team to build sales and marketing events directed to retailer sales growth.

ADMIN & REPORTING
• Support marketing manager on task supervision to make sure tasks are all on the right track and deadlines are committed to.
• Acting as a backup marketing communicator to other departments.
• Track all marketing campaign costs and expenses.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data.

• Creative mindset.
• Background and experience of digital marketing and content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Results oriented with attention to details.
• Business level proficiency in English.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Young, energetic, hard-working, willing to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure is a must.
